1. **Booking & Payment**
- Full payment or a pre-specified advance amount must be made to confirm the booking.
- The remaining balance (if any) must be cleared before departure.
- Bookings are non-transferable and valid only for the registered participant.
2. **Cancellation & Refund Policy**
- Cancellations made before a specified period (e.g., 7 days prior) may be eligible for a partial refund.
- No refunds will be provided for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
- In case of trip cancellation by the organizer due to unforeseen circumstances, a reschedule or refund will be offered.
3. **Itinerary & Sightseeing**
- The itinerary is subject to change based on weather conditions, road conditions, and unforeseen circumstances.
- The organizers are not responsible for missed sightseeing spots due to delays beyond their control.
4. **Transportation & Seating**
- Travel will be in a **non-AC Tempo Traveller with reclining seats**.
- Seats will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. No seat reservations will be entertained.
- Any damage to the vehicle caused by a participant must be compensated by them.
5. **Accommodation & Meals**
- Stay will be in a **3-star hotel on a twin-sharing basis**.
- Any additional room service, food, or beverages apart from the mentioned inclusions will be chargeable.
6. **Trekking & Activities**
- Participants must be physically fit for the **Dolphin’s Nose Trek** and other sightseeing activities.
- Any adventure activities like boating or horse riding are at the participant’s own risk and expense.
- Entry fees for sightseeing places are not included and must be borne by the participant.
7. **Code of Conduct**
- Participants are expected to maintain decorum and respect fellow travelers, locals, and guides.
- Littering is strictly prohibited; ensure responsible travel and cleanliness.
- Any form of misbehavior, harassment, or intoxication leading to disturbance will result in removal from the trip without a refund.
8. **Safety & Liability**
- The organizers will take necessary precautions for a safe trip but are not responsible for injuries, accidents, or loss of belongings.
- Personal travel insurance is not included; participants may opt for one at their discretion.
- Any personal expenses, medical emergencies, or unexpected additional costs must be borne by the participant.
9. **Emergency Situations**
- In case of bad weather or other emergencies, the itinerary may be modified for safety reasons.
- The trip captain’s decision will be final in any unexpected situations.
