8:30 AM – Breakfast and Freshen Up
• Take a break during the journey to freshen up and enjoy breakfast.
10:00 AM – Arrive at the Resort
• Reach your resort and check-in.
11:15 AM – Freshen Up and Begin Sightseeing
• Freshen up and start your sightseeing tour.
Sightseeing Before Lunch:
• Visit the Observatory (the highest point in Kodaikanal)

• Explore the Rose Garden
• Discover the Guna Caves
• Enjoy the views at Moir Point
• Stroll through the Pine Tree Forest
• Admire Pillar Rock
• See Suicide Point/Green Valley View (you can shop at the bazaar near the valley view)
2:00 PM – Lunch Break
• Have lunch at a local spot (self-sponsored).
Post-Lunch Sightseeing:
• Walk along Coaker’s Walk (binoculars/telescopes available for rent at Rs. 5)
• Visit Bryant Park
• Explore the Main Kodaikanal Lake (boating and shopping available)
6:00 PM – Return to Hotel
• Head back to your hotel.
7:30 PM – Campfire and Socializing (if weather permits)
8:30 PM – 10:00 PM – Dinner
• Enjoy a buffet dinner with both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options.
10:30 PM – Rest for the Night

9:30 AM – Journey to Poombarai Village
• Travel towards Poombarai Village, passing through serene forest routes lined with tall
pine trees. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings and the picturesque view of Poombarai
Village nestled in the valleys.

11:30 AM – Visit Poombarai Murugan Temple
• Explore the ancient Poombarai Murugan Temple, over 3000 years old.
12:00 PM – Observe Step Cultivation
• Witness the step cultivation in the village where vegetables are grown.
12:15 PM – Head to Mannavanur Village
• Visit Mannavanur Village for a stunning view of Mannavanur Lake amidst the valleys.
1:00 PM – Visit Rabbit and Sheep Farms
• Relax at the Rabbit and Sheep Farms and enjoy some of the best views of Kodaikanal.
2:00 PM – Lunch Break (self-sponsored)
4:00 PM – Return to Town
• Head back to town, and if time allows, stop by Silver Cascade Falls on the main road.
9:00 PM – Dinner and Rest
• Return to the hotel for dinner and unwind for the night.

7:00 AM – Wake Up and Freshen Up

9:30 AM – Check-Out from the Hotel
11:00 AM – Visit Dolphin’s Nose
• Enjoy a short 2 km trek to Dolphin’s Nose for panoramic views.
1:00 PM – Visit Vattakanal Waterfalls
2:00 PM – Lunch (self-sponsored)

3:00 PM – Shopping
• Explore local markets and shop until 5:00 PM.
5:00 PM – Depart for Bangalore
• Start your journey back to Bangalore.

Reach Bangalore by 5am.

• Client-Initiated Cancellations:
  • • If you cancel before 7 days – 90% of the amount will be re-funded.
    • If you cancel between 3 – 6 days – 50 % of the amount will be re funded.
    • If you cancel between 0-3 days – No Refund.
    • At any point of time you can transfer your ticket  to any one.

However, The Participants have all the rights to transfer there package to someone else with prior information.

• Company-Initiated Cancellations:
  • If TFGW cancels the event, a full refund will be offered to all participants.

• Unforeseen Circumstances:
  • In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions or any other unavoidable situations, certain activities may be canceled. We will try to provide an alternative feasible activity, but no refund will be provided for such changes.
• Misconduct:
  • Any client consuming alcohol, misbehaving, or causing delays during the event will be terminated from the event without prior warning and no refund will be given. Such clients must arrange their own transport back, as TFGW does not hold responsibility for terminated clients.

-Our facilities are neat and basic, not luxurious

-Our accommodations are many times sleeping bags and Tents, Dormitories, rooms with beds and sometimes just sleeping bags under the glittering sky.

-The average level of fitness is required to participate in the trek. We will not be responsible if any participant is unable to get to the summit due to their own limitations.

-The food provided will be basic delicious and local food.

-TFGW shall not be responsible for any of your belongings, valuables, jewelry, etc.

-We expect every participant to be responsible for littering. Please keep every place we visit clean.

-You agree to indemnify yourself for the risks involved in the outings varying from destinations to destinations.

-We have designated pick up and drop points, make your own arrangements of transports to the desired pick-up point accordingly.

-We may revise the Terms and Conditions from time to time by updating this posting. The revised terms will take effect when they are posted. -TFGW is not responsible if any injuries or accidents occur during the event.

-Any client consuming alcohol, misbehaving, causing delay during the event will be terminated from the event without any prior warning and no refund will be given. Such clients should arrange their own transport to the way back, TFGW does not hold the responsibility of terminated clients. -Littering, smoking & consumption of alcohol is banned outdoors or anytime during the trek. We will provide you with a time and place to enjoy your drinks.

-In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be canceled and, in such cases, we will try to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same. If we cancel the event, we offer a full refund to all the participants.

-Cancellation / Refund is done by the third party based on their policies.

-We recommend that you arrive at least 20 minutes prior at the venue.

-Rights of admission reserved.

=>No seat reservation for any, first come first serve in all places or you guys can discuss and swap. once you reach the bus Please dont argue with trip coordinators.

=>If any couples are sitting separately please adjust the seat and give them a seat.

=>Timings for meals will be specific which will be informed to you by the guide.

=>There is No Dinner Stop on friday night please have it and come or take a parcel (you can eat on the bus)

=>We provide a stay as sharing basis, Girls and boys separate,(Beds or mats)

=>Do not expect luxury as we will be traversing through pristine and untamed nature.

=>A basic level of fitness is compulsory to undertake this trek.

=>Do pay heed to the guidelines given by the instructor.

=>Common phone charging sokets will be there it is your responsibility to sit there and charge, if you miss anything we are not responsible

=>Make sure you bring one Xerox copy of your ID proof without fail.

=>No smoking and consumption of alcohol before or during the activity.

=>Carrying jewelers or other valuables is not advisable.

=>Common washroom facility will be there, dont expect attach washrooms and rest rooms. =>Do not expect separate accommodation as it is a group trip.

=>Drop points will be the pickup points

=>Bring your own mask and sanitizer.

=>Last seat of any Bus, TT are not recliner in some vehicles, please coorpate.

=>Adventurous trek/trip does NOT come with luxury, so please have the mindset accordingly

=>Strictly follow the Reporting time, Program schedule and Instructions given by the Organizers through the entire duration of the program.

=>Please don't throw the plastic and garbage in Forest

=>No door drops/pickups.

=>No hot water available.

=>Sunday lunch and food during travel will be self-sponsored.

=>We dont have any Tie-up with any hotels which we stop for lunch, if they served late we are not responsible

=>Event Schedule, route and Forest permits ,Plans are subject to change in case of any inconvenience that occurred at the time of tour without any prior intimation. Travelers have to adjust to any such consequence

=>FGW reserves all rights to modify or cancel the trekking event due to unavoidable circumstances.

=>We have zero tolerance towards any Narcotics, drugs , Ganja, cocaine or any illegal substances.If any such illegal substances are found with you or if you are found consuming any such illegal substances,you will be handed over to the local police
