• Arrive in Ooty, get checked into your hotel, and have breakfast to boost up you for the activities lined up.
• Pykara Lake & Boating: Wander Pykara Lake & Boating, calling you with picturesque allure and serenity. Have a fantastic boat ride observing the beautiful scenery of Nilgiris.
• Pine Forest: Visit Pine Forest which is one serene and quiet place; where high pine trees form a pastoral setting inspiring the people to rest in this magical forest woodland.
• Government Rose Garden: Discover the Government Rose Garden, one of India's largest rose gardens. It displays a lively assortment of roses and an array of blossoming plants that provide a beautiful and aromatic space for people who appreciate nature.
• Botanical Garden & Shopping Street: Visit the Botanical Garden with a wide variety of plants. Take a scenic walk around the neighboring Shopping Street, which offers an ideal combination of nature and relaxation.
• Return to Hotel: Enjoy dinner and spend the night at your hotel after a day of adventures.

• Breakfast at the Hotel: Have a tasty breakfast at the hotel when your day begins.
• Doddabetta Peak: Another place to visit is Doddabetta Peak, the highest point in Nilgiri Hills. Admire the breathtaking panoramic landscape-a compulsory stop-off for nature lovers.
• Toy Train Ride to Coonoor: Visit Coonoor via a Toy Train Ride. A picturesque route through the Nilgiri Mountains, known as Heritage Nilgiri Mountain Railway takes you on a delightful and nostalgic ride.
• Sims Park, Coonoor: Visit Sims Park, Coonoor a botanical paradise with an unparalleled collection of plants and trees. Take a peaceful retreat surrounded by clean greenery and beautiful escape signs.
• Dinner Break: Dinner (self-sponsored).
• Overnight Travel to Bangalore.

• Client-Initiated Cancellations:
  • • If you cancel before 7 days – 90% of the amount will be re-funded.
    • If you cancel between 3 – 6 days – 50 % of the amount will be re funded.
    • If you cancel between 0-3 days – No Refund.
    • At any point of time you can transfer your ticket  to any one.

However, The Participants have all the rights to transfer there package to someone else with prior information.

• Company-Initiated Cancellations:
  • If TFGW cancels the event, a full refund will be offered to all participants.

• Unforeseen Circumstances:
  • In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions or any other unavoidable situations, certain activities may be canceled. We will try to provide an alternative feasible activity, but no refund will be provided for such changes.
• Misconduct:
  • Any client consuming alcohol, misbehaving, or causing delays during the event will be terminated from the event without prior warning and no refund will be given. Such clients must arrange their own transport back, as TFGW does not hold responsibility for terminated clients.

Please review these policies carefully and ensure you understand them before making a booking.

-Our facilities are neat and basic, not luxurious

-Our accommodations are many times sleeping bags and Tents, Dormitories, rooms with beds and sometimes just sleeping bags under the glittering sky.

-The average level of fitness is required to participate in the trek. We will not be responsible if any participant is unable to get to the summit due to their own limitations.

-The food provided will be basic delicious and local food.

-TFGW shall not be responsible for any of your belongings, valuables, jewelry, etc.

-We expect every participant to be responsible for littering. Please keep every place we visit clean.

-You agree to indemnify yourself for the risks involved in the outings varying from destinations to destinations.

-We have designated pick up and drop points, make your own arrangements of transports to the desired pick-up point accordingly.

-We may revise the Terms and Conditions from time to time by updating this posting. The revised terms will take effect when they are posted. -TFGW is not responsible if any injuries or accidents occur during the event.

-Any client consuming alcohol, misbehaving, causing delay during the event will be terminated from the event without any prior warning and no refund will be given. Such clients should arrange their own transport to the way back, TFGW does not hold the responsibility of terminated clients. -Littering, smoking & consumption of alcohol is banned outdoors or anytime during the trek. We will provide you with a time and place to enjoy your drinks.

-In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be canceled and, in such cases, we will try to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same. If we cancel the event, we offer a full refund to all the participants.

-Cancellation / Refund is done by the third party based on their policies.

-We recommend that you arrive at least 20 minutes prior at the venue.
